Overview
Outdoorsy was our first-ever client, and one of the best teams we've ever worked with. They hired us after finishing James Currier's NFX accelerator in order to help build out their Growth motion.
We helped Outdoorsy in multiple areas, starting by moving their notifications from Sendgrid to Iterable so that the Marketing and Product teams were able to quickly build and update notifications without taxing Engineering.
Next, we focused our effort on improving advertising efficiency, starting with building the infrastructure necessary to ingest the data before building out the reports.
Finally, we trained our replacements on the new tooling before Outdoorsy left the sunny shores of San Francisco for Austin, TX, where they remain headquartered today.
