Overview
Kiva initially engaged with Pacaya in advisory capacity as they transitioned away from a legacy ESP to Iterable. After troubleshooting their initial setup, we tied things up and then re-engaged a year or so later.
In our second engagement with Kiva, we augmented their email operations staff, helping the team solve technical implementation problems in the email and in-app portions of their customer journey.
Projects we worked on in this capacity included overhauling their marketing email templates, transitioning API-triggered notifications to event triggers, developing a consistent reporting framework for performance across the customer journey, and more.
