Overview
HomeLight hired Pacaya as plug-and-play help while they built out their Iterable integration. At the time, they were struggling to implement a handful of high-value workflows in their customer journey, as well as transition non-transactional email away from Sendgrid.
We stepped in and helped HomeLight build a new marketing email template, debug technical issues with their Iterable implementation, begin the transition away from Sendgrid, and get the new Director of Lifecycle Marketing up to speed when he came on board.
